  Have shopped here a few times and each time have commented to my husband how the customer service isn't great and that service with a smile isn't something you get here. Despite that I use the shop as I live close your but never again. It's Sunday today and I went especially to by a couple of books that I've promised myself, I arrived before 11 and realised it doesn't open until 12 on a Sunday so went to a nearby cafe for a cup of tea and waited. At 12 I went back and tried thevdoir, but still closed. I went to the window to see if there were any signs of life an a man with a beard sat drinking tea and completely ignoring me looked back at me through the window. Clearly not interested in my custom not even a smile or a wave to acknowledge my existence... Just sat there looking moody annoyed sipping his tea. I'll be buying online in future. Miserable and not worth my custom. Spend your hard earned money where it will be appreciated.
